R&D and Quality Control
Our R&D team consists of 23 innovative engineers. They use CAD and other advanced software to process your designs. They constantly develop new models to expand our catalog. Based on these prototypes, our inspectors conduct stringent tests such as corrosion and rust tests via fog spraying, as well as twisting and impact resistance. All our operations are ISO 9001:2000-certified.
Production capabilities
Our combined factory area covers more than 25,000 square meters and houses 600 production staff. Our in-house production processes include zinc and aluminum die casting, mold-making, stamping, plastic injection molding, machining, drilling, tapping, polishing, electroplating, powder coating and product assembly.
